Seeing youth and old age this way, in the same face, is somewhat sad and remind us of the brevity of life.

Have to say that this is a bit unusual. On one hand it shows what happens as time goes by and on the other hand it shows the wish to be young again. Great piece!

Wonderful take on the theme of wrinkles, Gayle. I'm wondering if you increased the depth of those wrinkles. If not this must have been a heavy smoker unless she's about 120 years old.
